Purpose
To encourange student interest in the adquisition of a second language.To provide students the opportunities to experience and respect others cultures.
Authority
RHS Bilingual Club derives it's authority direcly from the RHS student council and indirecly from the learning director for student activities.
Membership
Membership must be students at Reedley High School.
Officers
Precident: Presides over all meatings and oversees all activities and fundraissers. Vice President: Supports the president and takes over in his/her absence. Secretary: Takes minutes of meetings and keeps records of activities. Treasurer: Resposible for the money and budget. Club Reprsentative: Student Council.
Meetings
The RHS Bilingual Club will meet the third Tuesday of each month at lunch. Specials meetings may called by the president advisor.
Amendments
A two thirds majority vote of the members in attendance is required to amend this constitution.
