The college student athletic trainers must be enrolled in college program in pursuit of a BA/BS degree in athletic training or a related sports medicine field in order to assist in the Pirate Sports Medicine program. The collegians must also either be enrolled in or have already successfully completed an EMT training course. All of these students contribute a great deal to the sports medicine program as well as to the overall RHS athletic program. Without their dedicated effort and unending support, the quality of health care received by the athletes would not be up to the standards that they are at this time. This year we are fortunate to have Valerie Jones-Harvey (below left...CSU-Fresno graduate student) and Lindsey Anderson (below right...Reedley College) contributing a great deal to our program.
